Senior Mechanical Engineer

Overview

‍Our client is a nationally recognized engineering firm. They are in search of an experienced and driven Mechanical Engineering leader to join their team based in Milwaukee Wisconsin, Orlando Florida, or Nashville Tennessee.

Responsibilities‍

In the role of a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing crucial technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the mechanical staff in your operating groups. You will ensure the utmost quality of all engineering efforts, appropriate fee development and timely billing and collection of project fees. You will support the Director in achieving marketing goals, revenue projections, and client expectations. You might also serve as the Project Engineer, depending on the project size, complexity or client request.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience from an Engineering Consulting firm or Architectural Engineering environment

- PE License or ability to obtain reciprocity

- Diverse healthcare project design and project management experience required

- Experience with project management, fee negotiation, proposals and kick-off meetings

- BSME or recognized equivalent

- Excellent Leadership and Project Management abilities.
