BDR Role & Expectations
As a BDR, you're responsible for prospecting new leads (Hosts) to use our platform to plan and sell group travel experiences. This includes researching and finding Hosts, qualifying and contacting Hosts direct, and scheduling meetings for the Account Management team. You report to the CRO.

Responsibilities:
• Research and identify new potential Hosts
• Build an effective pipeline and schedule meetings via email, social or by phone Collaborate with Account Management
• Test new methods for discovering Hosts and scheduling meetings Assume other duties and responsibilities as needed

• Be results driven and optimize processes towards success
• When someone says no, work to understand why and use it as an opportunity to improve the process
• When someone says not now, utilize urgency levers to get the call scheduled sooner
• Work closely with the BDR Lead, Account Managers, and the CRO to stay aligned on strategy
