This role offers strong compensation, consisting of milestone-based fees and uncapped commission.
It’s a part-time role with low time commitment - a perfect fit for someone seeking flexibility while capitalizing on their existing network.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance on landing new clients.
- Leverage a book of clients to provide warm introductions and assist with closing the deal.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the recruitment industry.
- Existing book of clients actively hiring for roles in Sales, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
